Shipping and Returns
Flitetronix is based and ships from the UK. Items can be shipped both nationally and internationally, however certain items may be subject to additional local taxes and/or customs charges for which you are responsible and over which we have no control.
Items are shipped from the UK using “Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For” service, to ensure that shipped items are insured and tracked to their intended destination. This postage charge is based on destination, weight and size of the package. If you fail to receive your item within a reasonable time, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us.
Note: Due to limited stock, there is currently a limit of one item per order.
The shipping charges are divided into four categories: UK, Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2.
- UK – UK and Channel Islands: £2.26
- Europe – Europe, Greenland, Russia – £8.00
- World Zone 1 – Africa, Asia, North America, South America – £8.65
- World Zone 2 – Australia, New Zealand – £8.85
You may return new and unused products 30 days after the point of sale for a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. However, your shipping costs will be refunded if the product(s) you have received are either incorrect or found to be faulty or defective. Used products are not covered by this returns policy.
